Notes:
this is all theoretical, as i've only fully trained up Banette so far. and i don't feel like ev training/breeding again for another.
obviously opening with boltbeam gives me nice type coverage. and if anything is switched in to try and counter that i switch to one of my physical attackers to get rid of their items and then take them apart.
my hariyama [not too sure how well it'll work in-game. and would work even better with a spiker, although in 3v3 that's probably not worth considering] is designed to be hard to attack from both ends of the spectrum, with thick fat and the nature giving a few special resistances, counter for anything that tries to attack physically, and whirlwind for anything that tried to stat-up. [an idea i had for using in a team with spikes support would be to rely on counter to cripple a pokemon, and then whirlwind the inevitable switch, doing 25% to two extra pokemon or if i'm lucky KOing the one that was switched out]
