Battle Tower Sandstream

trying to build a 3-member team that can cope with sandstorm but doesn't get owned by common moves. obviously the second two pokes are replaceable if you guys can think of better ways of covering my weaknesses.

Tyranitar @ Lum Berry
Trait: Sandstream
EVs: 252 Att / 252 Spd / 6 Hp
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch

pretty much standard. Crunch over Taunt as i rarely see any attempts at phazing. and it's just useful to have an extra STAB'd attack, even with a -SAtk personality.

Lunatone @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 152 HP / 200 Def / 156 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Hypnosis
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Ice Beam

standard set. EVs and nature look wierd but works fine for the role it occupies. but mainly in the team due to ground immunity coupled with the fact that i don't like claydol.

Magneton @ ???
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave
- Metal Sound
- Reflect/filler

bolts bulky waters to pieces. then dies at the slightest hint of a ground attack.

####OR####

Cacturne @ Brightpowder
Trait: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 6 Def
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Needle Arm
- Faint Attack
- Leech Seed
- Spikes

also could be useful against waters. swampert in particular. and having another guy with potential for STAB'd dark attacks would give me the option of putting bolt on Tar or something to help against weaknesses. and you've gotta love two great tanking moves on a poke with base 60 defences.

at the moment i can see problems with breloom [no sleep clause sporepunching piece of crap], and blaziken, along with most attackers with earthquake [although i guess cacturne could help with that slightly]

any other glaring weaknesses that i'd need to cover?

cheers.

that's generally what happens if you want to have some sort of TSS type team. i was thinking of maybe trying to fit quagsire in there somewhere, probably in the last slot? i mean cacturne would only be in there because he's simple to train and raise and because he "resists" water grass and ground attacks. or i could use cradily...?
