Don't know why but I still didn't beat R/S Battle Tower
I was thinking on using this:

~Aerial Ace
~Earthquake

Starmie @ Shell Bell
Natural Cure (duh!)
Modest Nature (+Sp.atk -Atk)
EVs: 6 Hp / 252 Spd / 252 Sp.atk
~Ice Beam
~Thunderbolt
~Surf
~Recover

Metagross @ Leftovers
Adamant Nature (+Spd -Sp.atk)
EVs: 124 Hp / 236 Atk / 36 Def / 30 Spd / 104 Sp.def
~Meteor Mash
~Agility
~Sludge Bomb
~Shadow Ball

Duggy is a fine lead, but you need yourself something that resists a couple of hits. And that bloody Item Clause is annoying!

Take this out. You have too much of a physical presence. I suggest using a special Sweeper.

Jolly Nature (+Spd -Sp.atk) Adamant
EVs: 6 Hp / 252 Atk / 252 Spd <-- Lees speed, and put it in Defences. Try, 236 Attack, 124 HP, 104 Sp Def, 36 Def, 30 Speed
~Meteor Mash
~Agility
~Sludge Bomb
~Shadow Ball

Put in a Starmie/Alakazam/Sceptile/Raikou/Different Bolt-Beamer over Tyranitar, because a decent EQ beats this team, because Duggy doesn't have enough Def to survive one.
Though it would be nice for you to lead with Tyranitar, because you could mess up some teams with the Sand Stream. But Duggy is a pure leader!

Put in a Starmie/Alakazam/Sceptile/Raikou/Different Bolt-Beamer over Tyranitar, because a decent EQ beats this team, because Duggy doesn't have enough Def to survive one.
Though it would be nice for you to lead with Tyranitar, because you could mess up some teams with the Sand Stream. But Duggy is a pure leader!

I was making a good use of Tyranitars ability...
And I had Starmie in mind... but as mentioned I was making use of Tyranitars ability. So for Starmie:

Starmie @ Lum Berry ??
Natural Cure (duh!)
Timid Nature (+Spd -Atk)
EVs: 6 Hp / 252 Spd / 252 Sp.atk
~Ice Beam
~Thunderbolt
~Surf
~Recover


And BTW, Duggy already has Return

Cool, Return has a nicer power.

That Starmie looks good. But I think Modest is nicer because it can't get Calm Moind (Which is a damn shame), so you are gonna need all the untouched Special Attack that you can get.

You might want to watch out for the Earthquake/Rock Slide combo by the way, because that demolishes your team and Starmie won't take those hits well.

Rock Slide is rarely seen in R/S Battle Tower and Starmie and Duggy can outspeed everything IIRC...
