    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

hey sorry for not posting on here, email notification got sent to my junk. im more than happy to trade evolve mons dudes, i have SP and could try catch some version exclusive mons if needed. to be fair i dont really know the version exclusives its my first play through of sinnoh in years! BUT if you tell me where i can find em i might be able to help out! (will reply quicker in future notifs will come into my main inbox)

The list of version exclusives and where to find them is on the main site. In particular, I'm looking for Misdreavus (I think found in Eterna Forest at night), Shieldon (revive Armor Fossil) and Glameow (Route 206).
