Here is my moveset for my Beautifly:

I need a 4th move and EVs plz

I don't bother with EVs in-game, but the best choice for the 4th move is Psychic.

Helps against those pesky Grass/Poison or Grass/Bug types, which make Silver Wind do normal damage instead of SE. And they tend to hit you with status conditions a lot, so you want to dispatch them quickly.

Don't bother, unless you can get a Rash one. (Special Attack version of Naughty.) Yeah I know SpDef is lowered, but you're splitting your attack types, so you gotta sacrifice something. I don't recommend Quiet since it lowers Speed and Beautifly needs it. The way you have it right now, I like it with Naughty, since Beautifly's Attack is weaker than its Special Attack.

Oh yeah, I don't much like Toxic on it either, Beautifly doesn't have the defenses to make it worth it. I suggest Stun Spore instead, the speed advantage from the opponent's paralysis is always nice.

Beautifly is pretty lol on NB but you wouldnt know the first thing about that would you blazemxx

in-game anything can work though

People can use whatever pokemon they want too especially ingame without other people questioning and "loling" at their selection.
