Exactly which pokémon are missing from Emerald in relation to the missing pokémon that are in Ruby and Sapphire? I know Emerald lacks Lunatone and Mawile (in respects to having Solrock and Sableye), but what are the rest? Are there any others missing or is it just those two?

<.< Nowhere I look seems to want to tell me directly, and it's very frustrating.

I'm almost positive it says it on the main site. Just go to the Emerald section and look on the right hand side. There is a section called Missing Pokemon. There they list the entire batch of Ruby and Sapphire exclusive Pokemon. You should always check the main site for information regarding Pokemon games, I'm sure Serebii will have it.

You forgot you can't get Latios and Latias in EMERALD you have to choose one or the other. Also you should say without the eon ticket.

Unavailable means that you cannot get it in any way. Latios and Latias are available in Emerald, even though you can only get one. And the Nintendo events happen rarely, so I don't think the eon ticket method makes Lati@s available. But thanks for pointing this out all the same.

And if you want the technicalities Surskit is available in Emerald via outbreak if you've mixed records with a Ruby or Sapphire game that has caught a Surskit in an outbreak.

You can still catch Mawile in Emerald, just not in the Granite Cave.

No, Mawile are available in Victory Road, just very rare. It does not have: Lunatone, Zangoose, Meditite, Roselia, Surskit (unless you mix records) or the Lati you don't choose.

That's true. It can be found on the two deepest floors I think.

Fair enough. I forgot to note this. But since it requires another game I count it as "not available". If you need to link up in order to get it, you might as well trade for it anyway.

Absolutely agreed- I just thought the technicality might be worth noting.

Life sucks, man.
I find that you should mix records no matter what Pokémon you trade for (if any). Even if you get a Surskit, mixing records may cause an outbreak, no matter how many you have already. It is amusing to see other people's faces when you show them your 6 Surskits (and/or Masquerains) that you caught yourself. Similarly, I enjoy doing that with my 5 Feebas and 1 Milotic :)
