Before I go any further-Sandslash or Donphan?

Right now I have an Impish Donphan, I have been training it, but I must make sure that I will continue using it. I'm wondering if Sandslash might be a good option for them.

Please inform me Sandslash or Donphan

Well, Donphan has better overall stats. But I like Sandslash with this set:

Sandslash - Adamant OR Jolly

-Slash/Crush Claw
-Swords Dance
-Rock Slide
-Earthquake

Yeah, I just prefer those attacks because Slash has a high critical-hit ratio and CC has a 50% chance of lowering their defense.

Donphan is pretty pointless in game tbh. it's main use is to use Rapid Spin for Spikes and Roar away stat uppers. However that isn't needed at all in-game.

Sandslash would be better in-game due to the fact it can hit harder then Donphan

~ Swords Dance
~ Earthquake
~ Rock Slide
~ Return (Pretty much filler, RS + EQ hits everything in-game)

also Snap Dragon, a STAbed Earthquake does more damage then a Critcial Hit Slash does to anything which is hit neutral by both attacks

Yeah, Donphan's better. Although Sandslash is a Reasonable 2nd Best.

I like Slandslash better but is the stronger pokemon. If you are using Donphan good luck finding a spiker In Game.
