Tip one: Don't resize sprites. If you need them bigger so you can work on them, use the zoom function.
Tip two: Save as PNG. Other file types distort the image.
Until you do that, any and all sprites you make will look appaling, regardless of skill.
Once you do have them formatted properly, we can give you tips on how to improve in other ways.

i just want to know if there are some good things..
All thats saying is that you want mindless praise from everyone. You don't get praise by telling people you don't want to hear bad things, you earn it.
No, read the forum rules, you have a sprite thread and you alone put sprites in your thread. Otherwise there would be no point of having this sub-forum, it would just be one big thread with everyones sprites in it.
Anyways, the new sprite is pretty solid for a beginner. the main problems I see with it is that on the raichu ear closest to us, it almost looks like its behind the head, when it should be laying on it to show its actually connected to his head. Just moving it down a little more should help with that.
But it does seem like you have all the basics down, and I would say do one or two more of these fusions, then start making your own parts using the line tool or pen tool to really get some nice stuff.

Is it just me, or are the first two a jpeg. file? I'm using a computer where I can't see the properties, so I'm not sure but it just looks like it.
Otherwise, just keep in mind to recolor some things when you put them on, such as the crobat wings on the ditto.
Showing sprites here in JPEG is like giving homework to your teacher that has been dunked into water.
It doesn't work.
Anyway, the parts from the splices seem to be just stuck on without a care of whether they match or not. Take Ditto + Crobat. Ditto isn't even the same colour of the wings, so it appears like it's not part of its body.

yeah, the first two are jpeg. i made them before and i tried to make them png but it didn't work.
(i'm sorry if my english is bad, but i am 12 and i just had english on school for a jear -i'm dutch- )
Yeah, thats the problem with jpeg. is that it saves what it screws up as part of the picture, so even if you save it again it doesn't matter.
And don't worry about your english, I honestly didn't even notice it.

As for Larvitar-Pikachu combo, it looks pretty good, but you might want to consider making the Ears a little longer. (Maybe get a Pikachu sprite from another Gen. then just Revamp the Ears and add them?)
Castform-Mesprit is nearly perfect. You kind of distorted Mesprits uhh, hair? Just fix that up a little and it should be good.
Umbreon-Espeon. I love that one, but the only thing that bugs me is the Umbreon-Espeon balence. Its a little too Espeon and not enough Umbreon... unless of course that was what your going for.
Other than that, pretty good sprites dude, keep up the good work! = D

I can definately see a rapid improvement so well done! I can see you're getting better at scratching, which always makes sprites look a lot better and more original.
I think you should keep practising making the small details, like the lapras fusions new horn, look more attatched, if you get what I mean. Also keep trying to add more parts to your base sprites and maybe try combining three sprites? I dunno.

They have certainly gotten better, but theres still a lot of room for improvement. The arm furthest away from us isn't connected right, its halff hanging off and the arm is much too thin for the hand. Compare it to the other arm and you'd have one double the thickness of the other.
The Lapras looks ok, theres not much you have really done then change the shell and added a horn. In my opinion, the horn doesn't fit very well, it seems to connect with the head, I suggest rotating it so its on a nearly 90 degree angle.
