Beginning Trainer?

How do I go about changing that 'Beginning Trainer' text and banner under my screen name on posts? Other users have different texts and banners.

You get different ranks (The images and text) by posting a lot.

Scroll down on that to see the different ranks. You can also have a custom title, instead of "Beginning Trainer" or whatever. Just go to User CP > Edit Profile and type it in the text box marked "Custom User Title."
