So I decided to make this thread because I didn't find any other thread like it, so this thread is about Ben 10. You can talk about which ever series you want whether it be Ultimate Alien, Alien Force, or the original series.

Talk about what you like about the show, what you don't like, basically anything that has to do with Ben 10.

My only rule is pls follow the forum rules, and no fighting pls. I will report anyone who starts hating on anyone in this thread. Discuss what you will, but pls keep it civil.

I really like the show and it just seemed to get better each season. It's just too bad that Dwayne McDuffy died, the world was stripped of a great artist and the show will end after either this season or the next one.

Yeah bro.

And no, UA season 1 > season 2 due to the less filler. Plus aggregor was simply awesome.

And the original series was better than that garbage known as Alien Force.

I really wish they would start doing stuff with the aliens again. Ben gets no new aliens(except for the ones that appear for half a second) and the ultimate forms are always the same 6 ones. I remember in the original the coolest part about the show was all the different aliens. Now they are all just copies of each other.

I watched the first series, Alien Force, the first episode of Ultimate Alien, and the crossover with Generator Rex. The series is neat, turning into different is cool. I want to see the rest of Ultimate Alien, but the first volume isn't available on Netflix for some reason.

Well the guy still died so there's no chance of their being a next season with a bigger cooler bad guy (Since the current season's big bad is shaping up to be Vilgax again).

And I kinda said that wrong, I meant that UA was better than the original, I was kinda forgetting about Alien Force.

Why can't there be a cooler big bad without Dwayne Mcduffie?

And also no, the big bad is Diagon with Vilgax serving as an avatar for him (like will be controlling his body)

Well there are new ones but since Ben doesn't know all of them yet, you really don't get to know them too well. the original aliens plus the new ones from alien force are the ones Ben is familiar with so he uses them. The only one I'm pissed about so far is that they used Xlr8 in the cross over, then the very next episode they use a new fast alien?? WTF!!! I was so sad :(.

By the way, who here loves wrath?? So epic and funny lol.

When I was a kid I was crazy about Ben 10, it was one of my favorite shows, but then near the end of Alien Force I got bored with it, but recently I started watching Ultimate Alien and it's pretty good actually. It still suffers from a crappy filler every once in a while though. (That recent vrreedle bros episode was a huge pile of WTF.)

Rath is pretty awesome, he was the best on his first episode but he's still good for a laugh every one in a while.

Rath is pretty awesome, he was the best on his first episode but he's still good for a laugh every one in a while.

I found that momma vreedle to be quite the interesting character though lol.

Alien Force was garbage. No plot, and the new aliens were clones with another design. The original series was by far the best. Ultimate Alien Season 1 was great because it had some sort of a plot.

Ma Vreedle was and interesting character that's for sure, but it was the writing that ruined that episode.

"Yes Ben, why not sneak up on the giant crazy alien lady without using an alien? It's not like you could TURN INTO A GIANT DINOSAUR AND EASILY BEAT HER!"

That's another issue with this show in general, Ben is way too overpowered, so they have to make him "forget" that he has some Aliens at certain times. Take the techadon episode from earlier this season, Ben could have easily shut down the techadons and the techadon maker machine with Upgrade. but that would make it too easy wouldn't it?

It's a shame that the show has to deal with problems like that, because I do enjoy the show when it's good, I hope in the next series (its been confirmed to be coming) they limit Ben to 10 or so aliens again.

I have to agree with you. Except, season 2 of Alien Force was the only part of it that wasn't garbage and was quite good. Most of the episodes featured the DNAliens and I really liked the plot they were building up to. In fact, I think they're my favourite Ben 10 arc.

And UA season 2 may have had a lot of fillers, but it's now building up to a plot that's actually more interesting than the Aggregor arc. I mean, I loved Aggregor as a character, but his story was kind of simple and straightforward. Plus he never really fought.

And the original series didn't have much of a plot either. It had as much as AF season 3, which was just the big bad showing up from time to time. Not really a story.

I agree with this quote. Many episodes involve ¨LEMME TELL YOU SOMETHING,¨ If they gave Ben less overpowered aliens, that would fix a major flaw in the show.

By the way, Ben can't just transform into whatever alien he wants. While he does have access to 63 aliens, he can only have 10 in his setlist at a time. Upgrade was probably not in his setlist when the Techadon robots attacked, which is why he didn't use it.

Generator Rex. He turned into Shocksquatch and Upgrade, and Alpha absorbed the Ultimatrix, so apparently Heatblast was in there too. I do not see Ben purposely adding in Shocksquatch and Upgrade.

He knew he was dealing with electrical matters, so he probably changed his setlist
