Can anyone tell me where it is/they are? I got the jar from the lady in the marketplace, and I thought she said they were in the Pokemon Center, but I cnt find it in any Pokemon Center Ive been to thus far. Can anyone help?

When you are linked with the wireless adaptor, the option for Berry Crush will be available in the upstairs of the Pokemon Center.

Ok, then how do you get connected with the wireless adaptor? Ive trieed a few times with a friend of mine(actually with more than 1 friend), but we have always gotten a 'no signal' or 'not connected' type answer.

You both need to have a version of either emerald FR or LG with a wireless adapter each. You need to be within about 3 metres of each other. You both need to have obtained the powder jar. (cerulean for FRLG and Slateport markets for emerald).

Then go to the upstairs of a pokemon centre and go to the wireless corner and select the option berry crush. ;123;
