Berry question

In emerald there is ev lowering berries,lets say i ev trained a feebas(not saying i would)and lower all evs by berries, does that mean i can ev train more than once?

yes, you can do this. i don't know why you'd want to, though, unless you did it wrong the first time and want to try again with the second one...

and emeraldsalamance (you spelled salamence wrong), berries 21-26 lower EVs of a specific stat by 10 when use them on a pokemon in emerald version.
