It's worth noting the tiers that they are in:

Vaporeon is OU, as being a great Baton Passer.
Flareon is UU, having poor Physical STAB and the lost of physical Shadow Ball.
The rest are BL, as they can do a bit of tricks.

my order:
Vaporeon - great wish and defence baton passer. best out of the eeveeutions battlewise
Jolteon - fast and good agility passer. love the design as well. SPIKES! ftw
Leafeon - tis pretty and a good sword dance passer AND is has leaf blade ^^
Espeon - tis cute and a good Sp sweeper
Umbreon - tis evilly good but its a shame it ain't so good this gen for battling
Glaceon - outclassed by Vappy
Flareon - NEEDS FLARE BLITZ MORE THAN WEED AND SHITTYNESS MOVEPOOL. damn gamefreak for rejecting it -_-'

Jolteon - He has my favorite type and I love his look.
Umbreon
Espeon
Vaporeon - I used to find it girly (still kinda do) but I dunno its growing on me.
Flareon - In the beginning he was second, but with the arrival of umbreon and espeon and vaporeons growing influence well....
Leafeon - I don't really like either of the new eeveelutions but I guess I hate him less.
