Best Electric non-legendary pokemon?

Why isn't Pika or Galvantula on this list? With the light ball, Pika does crazy damage. My favorite is Minun, but as fas as competitive battles go, I have to go with Jolteon. That speed and sp atk are amazing. All he needs is a better movepool and access to electroball, and his dreamworld ability will be 100% viable with thunderwaving foes and blasting them with base 150 electro balls

Lanturn. It can learn electric, water, and ice moves. It's a diverse and incredible dual pokemon

Electivire is my favorite. He looks cool, fluffy, and somewhat buff. He also has a pretty decent movepool

Galvantula is a 5th gen pokemon.

Ampharos is my favourite, especially as I love Pokemon that have a bit more bulk. If its base speed was a bit bigger it'd be even more awesome.
