Best Electric non-legendary pokemon?

Manectric is, and will always be, my personal favourite Electric type. I have one on SS/PBR, and loved using it so much.

I like Electivire. Luxray is pretty cool, too, though not really as good as Electivire. Still cool, though.

My favorite electric-type is Rotom-W.He can be a great asset to many different teams.I also like rotom because he is just a very cool and interesting pokemon.

I would say Electivire for battles, but I can't stand its design.

On another hand, Jolteon is pretty good for battles and looks pretty cool, too.

Well actually, Manectric is pretty good once you se it's ev's and max ev's.
