Best EV's for Rayquaza,Kyogre,Ho-oh,Lugia and Latios?

I made a topic about Mewtwo (here) and I EV trained him. so now I want the rest of my team's EV's so I can train them

Mewtwo (hes already EV trained so he doesn't metter)
nature:Modest
level:100

Ho-oh
nature:Hasty
level:70

(I just want to say that he has some exp from a battle in my collo game because I wanted to see him in batte but hes still at lv 70)

Rayquaza
nature:Adamant
level:70

Kyogre
nature:Modest
level:45

Lugia

(I need Pokemon XD before I can catch him but can I still have his nature and EV's? )

Latios

(again I have him but I need to know his best nature and his EV's? )
