I have an electric team in pokemon emerald,Where I live there are 7 people in our area,and school who are known as the gym leaders,I am one of them.Mantine god is also another.I am the electric gym leader and I was wondering,without telling you the levels who do you think is my best pokemon.Most of them know atleast 3 electric moves and are all ranged lv.80-100.

00ber means those with unusually high stats...mainly found on legendaries. if u have an 00ber (or uber) pokemon then at least ONE stat should be over 400 (if trained properly)

I would say your ampharos,although I have seen your team,and beaten it,ampharos still rules your team,with these moves.

Thunderbolt,thunder,charge,earthquake.

I will not say the level as then everyone would know.

i would have thought raikou would win no competition. but i guess not. i voted ampharos. i have an ampharos in my colleseum team called tower (stupid name i know.) honestly has anybody noticed his extremely high spcl attack. it's literally the same as espeon's! ampharos is one of my favourite. when advent comes up (on december the first) I'm doing an ampharos avatar for advent. and no that delibird isn't for christmas. sorry. I'm not trying to go off topic but ampharos is extremely powerful. his movepool is good just he has a problem with ground types as he can't effect them cause literally all the moves he learns on his own are electric type!
