Nascour, Evice and Greevil >> Al of them except maybe Akeji... though Mars would've been a much better leader IMO.

But yes. Out of those, Akeji. Gio was cool until FR/LG ruined his only redeeming trait. Though he's the reason behind the old Team Rocket not sucking as much as the new one. Maxie had a cool character, and Archie was just evil and angry. =P

Akeji since he's the most twisted, ambitious and unregretful of the lot. The End...
