Best locations for level grinding post-game

Similar to the breeding locations post I did last year. I want to compile the quickest/best locations for leveling up Pokemon in the postgame. Feel free to refer any other locations and methods.

Kanto: Elite Four (At a high enough level) / Sevii Island 7 (Vs. Seeker; FRLG)

Johto: Elite Four / Mt. Silver (Red) / Gym Leader Rematches (HGSS) / Pokegear rematches (Gen II: Most trainer cap at around 40-50. Gen IV: Most Pokemon are around the 50's with just a few breaking 60) / Indigo Plateau (Silver rematches)

Hoenn: Elite Four / Gym Leader rematch (Emerald Only) / Blissey Bases (RSE & ORAS) / Normal Trainer rematches (Gen III: Highest pokemon level caps at 59. Gen VI: Most trainers cap at Lv50) / Victory Road (Wally; RSE only) / Battle Resort (Wally & other trainers; ORAS only) / Mauville Food Court (Namely the Magnemite Croquettes and Mauville Ramen battles)

Sinnoh: Elite Four / Battleground Cafe (Gym Leader & Muti Battle Partner rebattles; Platinum only) / Barry rematch (Saturday and Sunday only) / Vs. Seeker

Unova: Elite Four / Small Court & Big Stadium / Cynthia (Spring only; daily) / Game Freak's Morimoto / Black City and White Forest Trainers (Non-triple/rotation battles in Black only) / Royal Unova / Undella Town - Villa (The Riches Family) / Battle House / Victory Road (Cheren) / Nuvema Town - Professor's Lab (Bianca; Saturday and Sunday only) / Giant Chasm wild Pokemon (Dark Grass/Shaking Grass; Audino is the preferable pokemon to grind on)

B2W2 Unova: Elite Four / Small Court & Big Stadium / Cynthia (Spring only; daily) / Game Freak Developers / Royal Unova / Plasma Frigate - Route 18 (Colress) / Iccirus City (Shadow Triad) / Striaton Gym (Trio Brother Multi Battle) / Join Avenue (Dojo and Cafe; B2W2 only) / N's Castle (N - Battles seasonally) / Driftviel City (Hugh) / Black Tower and White Treehollow
(Considering how B2W2 do level-based exp gains, Challenge Key might give out more exp)

Kalos: Elite Four / Battle Chateau (Furisode Girls, Gym Leaders, E4, Champion; better with higher leveled Challange writs) / Looker Bureau (Essentia) / Kiloude City (Rival)

[Divine Retribution]

Restraunt Le Wow is honestly a broken training spot in XY. Not only can you level a Pokemon (or 4) from level 1 up to 100 in around 20 minutes, you make a ridiculous amount of money in the process. Part of this is because you can use a Experience O-Power before entering and it will last through the entire run instead of the 3 minutes it usually lasts for, drastically increasing the experience you gain. Plus, even without really trying to get a perfect turn score, you can still usually get about 20 Balm Mushrooms plus around 60K from the trainers, giving you a net profit of over 100K per run.

For me, the best would be SOS chaining the Chansey in USUM

Raimon (Nimbasa) City's Small Court and Big Stadium were a godsend, although I was peeved that the leveling curve after the E4 in B/W was raised so high given that the trainers there had Pokemon that were too strong at that point.
