Best-looking as in what? There are many paradigms of "best looking"... might as well say'em all.

Coolest: Hard. Pinsir, Magmar, Gengar, Salamence, Tyranitar, Mewtwo... the list goes on.
Toughest: Also hard... Metagross, Steelix, Deoxys, to name a few.
Sleek: Houndoom, Jolteon, Espeon.
Cutest: Bellossom. :)
Sexiest: Gardevoir, Kirlia... :D

There are others, but those come to mind right now... =/
