Best Moveset For Armaldo

Haven't done this for a while... :O
What's the best moveset for an:

Armaldo
Trait: adamant
EVs: 180 HP / 220 Sp. Def / 110 AttacK

Without HP Bug? I was pretty unlucky, the IV Calculator said it was HP Fighting, but it was HP Grass <<;

Oh, and it's on Emerald.

Also, not sure on Knock Off. Armaldo doesn't seem to have many options. You could use Substitute.

Sorry, I think I deleted my post that answered your question: Rock Slide is better; Rock Blast is only used against substituters. Not many of them ingame...
