(I hope there isn't already a thread for this. I couldn't find one...)
This question came to me while I was working on filling my pokedex in my LG version. I decided to just breed my eevee from Celadon, get five eggs (so to keep the original eevee in its original stage, just in case), hatch five eevees, and evolve them by stones or trading to R/S for day/night evolution. But it occured to me that I might want to put more thought into breeding for these guys because I might want to EV (lol, it sounds like "eevee"!) train one or two of them (*cough cough* vaporeon and espeon). So I knew I should breed carefully, but I haven't decided on what natures I'd like for each eeveelution.
Your thoughts?
Also, the five eevees I have already hatched (I did it before I concocted this plan) are as follows:
Eevee (female) lv5
Quirky nature
Att: 11 Def: 11 Sp.Att: 10 Sp.Def: 11 Spd: 11
Eevee (male) lv5
Calm nature
Att: 9 Def: 10 Sp.Att: 9 Sp.Def: 13 Spd: 11
Eevee (female) lv5
Sassy nature
Att: 11 Def: 11 Sp.Att: 9 Sp.Def: 13 Spd: 9
Eevee (male) lv5
Modest nature
Att: 9 Def: 10 Sp.Att: 11 Sp.Def: 12 Spd: 11

Do you think any of these would be appropriate to evolve into a certain species? I included the stats so you can take a guess at its IVs, although I'm not sure how or if that would influence your decision.
