There's no such thing as a "best party" really, it's how you use it. For example a team of powerful ubers in the hands of an inexperienced player can't beat a team of non-ubers in the hands of an experienced one.

But anyway, the team I usually use for link-battling my friends is something like this:
Flygon
Alakazam
Blissey
Raikou
Metagross
Meganium

Now mind you I have like 30 level 100's on my game so my team does vary. Sometimes I might use Tyranitar instead of Metagross, sometimes Regice over Blissey, sometimes Slaking over Flygon, etc etc. I've got way more but those are just some examples.

i like pokemon partys that can get u any where ex:and pokemon to no fly, one to no surf, one for water fall so that u can go almost anywhere and ubers suck only weak trainers use them

why do you hate arcanine? he's strong and cool and alot stronger the growlithe.

Everyone has their own views on the "best team". Get me... I really enjoy using six Sneasels, all level 100. What do you expect when Sneasel is my favourite Pokemon? Plus I can chop and change the Sneasels as I please, especially now that I have hatched all the Sneasel eggs on Pokemon Box.

Sometimes though I do change five of the Sneasels for Persian, Misdreavus, Scizor, Starmie and Porygon2, my other favourites. Cradily also features... the best fossil ever. Just as long as the party has one Sneasel in it. x)

Apart from my current Ruby team, most of my version's teams are made up from non-OU Pokemon. In fact, my old Ruby team was Blaziken, Pelipper, Cradily, Mawile and Dusclops. I don't really care much for competitive battling in my other versions, so I just catch whatever I feel like, and then replace it if I see anything better.
