Paul has more stuff than just being serious. Its the way he afected Ash, his way of training his Pokemon, backstory with his brother etc…. He was superrrr interesting

I thought the term "PokeBoy" implied male traveling companions in the same way that "PokeGirl" implies female traveling companions, so I'm a little bit puzzled by the inclusion of Shinji, Alan, and Kojirou in the poll. I don't have a favorite male traveling companion considering how neglected most of them were, although I suppose that the writers at least made an attempt with Kaki, so I'll vote for him as a technicality.

That's splitting hairs: all of the SM classmates are technically traveling companions in the sense that they were part of Satoshi's social circle for the entire SM saga. And let's not forget that they did actually travel together quite a bit during field trips to other places outside of just Melemele Island.
