I use Raticate in this game a lot, but meh. It's not that good, but it suits me really well.

Thunderbolt - Kecleon killer, especially when they corner you
Ice Beam - long range move, for any pesky being you do not want come near
Dig - filler move...
Shadow Ball - long range move, uses Raticates better Attack

Or if something that's actually good (and that I like)...
