What is the best pokemon, including 00bers, out of any type, including D/P?

My vote goes to Wobbuffet, as it can't be countered because it prevents switching, removes your opponent's ability to make decisions with Encore, and almost always takes down at least one of the opponent's pokemon.

Uh Groudon is considered the best....

But probably Mewtwo. Great stats all around, really versatile, awesome design, classic Pokemon.

Technically, Wobbuffet would be the best, but it's cheap and banned. :(

Mewtwo, Groudon, and Lugia (in that order) would have to be the best after Wobby.
