The Advanced Challenge theme rocks *nod* Shame that there isn't a full version of it, I can't get enough of that song.
I also like the very first intro, as well as the one for Master Quest.

As for the Japanese version, I like all openings with Mezase Pokémon Master 2001 being the only exception. If I had to pick one of them, it'd probably be Challenger!!. ...Or Battle Frontier? Or OK!? Gah.
And my favorite ending will always be Sokoni Soraga Arukara ;D
