Best team for Battle Frontier

what teams do you use in Battle Frontier, who do you think is the best team?

I havn't been to Battle Frontier for awile and only have 3 silver symbols.

in general, there isn´t the best, but there is a good one to beat a lot of people, I´m using those pokemon:

what I don't get is why can you use the regies,lati@s/the dogs and the birds in BF but alot of others you can't?

isn't all the others considered uber?

are any of those pokemon EV trained?

and what lv are they all? i.e. 100/50

they´re all in level 100 (they are for pokémon colosseum too)

they are all EV trained, all of the distributions were 252 in 2 stats and 6 in one (HP for all except blissey)
my metagross were 252 in attack 128 in defense and 130 in speed

and I´m trying to get all the gold symbols without using legends, I have one suicune with flawless S.attack and HP, but the game would be too easy, I like more challenge!

thats why I'm working on my dex so I have some varity to choose from.

There is no "best" team. Just pick your favourite Pokemon and battle from your heart, and don't forget to have fun too.

You can beat all BF with most of pokémons, but just strategy is needed.
PS: Not every pokémon can enter there.

I dont have many battle symbols but I can tell you how to get a bunch of battle points.

I use this trick in the battle dome doubles.

explosion
EQ
shadow ball

then I just team it up with a pokemon with protect and wipe out team by team with explosion.

I think he´s, but in colosseum you can enter with all pokémon, then battle frontier added the non super legendaries rule to make the game harder.

how do you know that the opponent don´t have protect?

but what about the birds? shouldn't they be uber? like sucine, if you EV train him he has some nice stats.

then I just use my pokemon with protect to sweep away the rest.

thats why I have EQ on it, I use it alot to do sweeping without worring about geting KO'd (if you use this strategy and you see a hitmontop use EQ because it WILL use dig). but when I get up to about my 8th or 9th winning streak thats when I sometimes get screwed because of a quick fire blast, but this is still a very fast and easy way of geting points (and my meta is a adamant nature so its ment for this job)
