Best Team to farm Battle Tower Single?

I need 3 Pokemon to get up to palmer the first time and fast and easily kill him and everything on the way. I usually play online and Pokemon that are in my online team don't fair to well because i usually need 2 Pokemon to pull of strategies. The only good Pokemon for Battle Tower is This TTar

That pretty much sweeps everything on the way to the first palmer battle, beats the first Pokemon he sends out (as long as its not Milotic) then dies at the 2nd Pokemon. Then all I've got is random Pokemon i trained whilst beating the story, they have random EV's and junk move sets so palmer takes them down with out a problem.

For battle tower my garchomp leads, sweeps and is pretty self sufficient...

Spend a few turns Sword Dancing and he takes down near enough everything in one hit ^_^

Well, I used this 3 Pokemon to get through to Palmer quite easily and beat him very comfortably...

Dragonite
Nature : Adamant
Trait : Inner Focus
Item : Life Orb
Moves :
Outrage
Earthquake
Thunderpunch
Dragon Dance

Lapras
Nature : Modest
Trait : Water Absorb
Item : Leftovers
Moves :
Surf
Ice Beam
Thunder
Rain Dance

Roserade
Nature : Modest
Trait : Natural Cure
Item : Choice Scarf
Moves :
Petal Dance
Sludge Bomb
Shadow Ball
Sleep Powder

Roserade can beat Palmer's Milotic with ease with Petal Dance.
Lapras can easily defeat Palmer's Dragonite with Ice Beam but be wary of its Stone Edge(Lapras can survive one Stone Edge if it doesn't score a citical hit). However, if Lapras faints from it, Dragonite can still do the job with Outrage.
Take down his Rhyperior with Surf or Ice Beam.
