You're training for the Elite 4? Then there are a few places that spark me as good training areas.

1. Victory Road: It's close to the Elite 4, not to mention a Pokémon Center AND PokéMart, so it's basically you're perfect place, but only for certain Pokémon. The main wilds there are Golbat, Hariyama, and there pre-evolved forms. Followed by Lairon and Aron. Great place for Psychic-type training, aswell as Water-types. Though, not too much here that helps.

2. Sky Pillar: This is an area you will definitely want to check out. All of the wild Pokémon here are evolved, aswell as around there 45-50's. Great place to train, and a variety of Pokémon can be found there. (Altaria, Banette, Dusclops, etc.)

3. Sea Routes: This is if you are farely low-leveled, and need to train Grass-, Psychic-, or Ground-types. Yes, I know what you're thinking, Ground-types are weak to Water-types, but Tentacool is half Poison, oui? WEll, take advantage of him, considering he deals out some farely hefty experience points.

That's all that I can think of basically. You never really told me any levels, so I can't suggest one of those three, but all of them work/ed for me.
