Best Villain?

Which villain in the anime was your favorite?

I have to say Giovanni. I always got the feeling that he was made of hardcore stuff and would own Ash in a battle. Even when he fought Gary, I had a feeling that he wasn't using his own Pokemon and instead was using stolen ones. He would probably use his personal team under extreme situations, gym battles not counting.

Then Mewtwo Returns came along and Giovanni degraded into crap the likes of Cobra Commander and Dr. Claw. I personally thought that movie didn't even fit well into Pokemon canon. I mean, wouldn't you think that Mewtwo would personally try to "modify" the environment to keep others away? Mewtwo already created a hurricane. Also, for a secret organization, wouldn't you think Team Rocket would be more stealthy, instead of the large armada seen in the movie?

Well, I'm done ranting. I just hope the people who said other reply.

I voted other, because (you all know it's coming) I think Professor Sebastian was the best villian. (You have to LOVE the dub voice. He sounds like Scar from the Lion King.) He just had this *evil* air about him. Devil goatee and all. XD His inventions were so barbaric, and he was so organized...he was just so cool!! <3

[SPOIL]I was really hoping that since Ash & co. are back in Kanto, they might run into more of Team Rocket, including Shiranui-Hakase. In the games, at the Sevii Islands at the end I always suspected that final Rocket was Shiranui (maybe it's the computer with all that evolution inducement wave stuff)...and I'm hoping Ash&co will go to the Sevii Islands and meet up with Professor Sebastian there[/SPOIL].
