Best water-combo

SImple enough. What type fits in best combined with water. Only using base-pokemon so nothing like Starmie that evolves into a dual type.

If you mean alongside water, I'd say electric. Nothing like a good rain dance combo.

Lotad (Water/Grass). It nulls the Grass-weakness

Ludicolo,Swampeet, and Lanturn.

Water+Grass makes a great combo, eliminating all of the special weaknesses. They do get rid of resistances, but no electric, grass, ice,and fire weakness helps a lot.

Swampert- The sole reason electrics carry hidden power grass. it has only one weakness to a less common type and immune to a common type.

Lanturn- Can blast other waters and defend well enough.

Lotad's water/grass combo. Nulls grass and electric attacks which would otherwise hurt water types, and nulls ice and fire attacks that would normally hurt grassers. Only flying is really super effective against Lotad, Lombre and Ludiculo.

Qwilfish is one of my favourite POKéMON, so for that reason alone, I choose that option.
