So, discuss. Could this be an explanation for Satoshi speeding through the gyms?

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU'VE UNDERSTOOD THE FOLLOWING:

1) Try to place capture/evolution speculation here. We don't need 300 topics overrun by auraholics, auraphobes and who-cares-about-aura-dragonite-and-ash-for-the-win-ners. Keep in mind that most of the promotional Pokémon on there will most likely remain just that: promotional. They're there for the wow effect and chances that they'll affect the main cast in any way aren't that high.
2) Live and let live: Having a look at the game news, Misty/Brock speculation is inevitable now I guess. Don't grill others for voicing the possiblity that they make a cameo. In return, though, keep in mind that you should mostly work with the anime-related news. Misty and Brock may be confirmed for the games, but so far there's no trace of them in the anime spectrum. Don't try to pass your wishes/speculations off as fact and try to concentrate on the 100% confirmed stuff.

They will rush this generatiion by showing Genesect next year and releasing the 6gen game in the year after.

How does this change the anime? The only difference from Platinum and Giratina's forme being revealed is that this time around there's 2 games.

And the last BW movie will probably still be Best Wishes, just starring a 6th generation Pokemon like they always do.

They never said anything about rushing. In my opinion I think Ruby/Sapphire remakes will make it onto 3DS.

This kind of depresses me if they do rush :/

It could be connected to the reason, as to why Ash is speeding through the gyms lately.

Maybe something in Black and White 2, will be something like a Battle Frontier on a new island near Unova, for Ash and co. to travel through after the league.

Didn't really tell me a whole lot, though this could mean there aren't going to Hoenn remakes this time around.

Yeah, but it was going to be as easy as Grey would've been, then why the heck are there 2 installments? Answer, we don't have a freaking clue as to what is going to happen.

If this is a new installment, then Ghetsis having escaped, and N being in a different country might have some relevance to what is going to happen.

As for what is going to happen to the animé.. Stuff is going to get nasty, but everything is still open for an inclusion of the B2W2-plots if you'd ask me.

Also, Genesect in the animé seems even more likelier now then ever, considering that Meloetta is literally getting the 'short' stick out of all events till date.

I hope it won't affect the anime. If there isn't any newly develop Pokemon being made, I don't see how it could affect the speed of the anime. It's going as fast as it can go. We're almost near the seventh gym. And I hope they don't do what they did with the eigth gym in Sinnoh and make such a long gap for nothing.

Yeah, 6th Gen will probably start somewhere mid 2012 if we go by this pace, who the heck needs a gap! :O

Well, the only way I could see it affecting anything is the filler region's plot. It could quite possibly greatly increase the length of Best Wishes if it has a full-fledged story.
