Bug - Ariados, not technically a "bug" something that has always bothered me - arachnids are not bugs, just wish it was in the Poison type only
Dark - Liepard, my most favorite dark type, just love cats, so I love that cute leopard, I first used dark types in the 5th gen, and amazed at how awesome they fit in with my teams
Dragon - technically none, it's my least favorite type at the moment, Altaria comes in close, it's part Dragon but love it more for it's design it resembles a bird more than a dragon
Electric - Luxray, again I love cats, so it's no surprise that I love this electric Lion, it's awesome in my teams, cute too
Fairy - Sylveon, so cute, so cute!! so darn cute! especially in Amie, at first I didn't want to give fairies a chance, but since using Sylveon, really love the type
Fighting - Mienshao, my most favorite fighting weasel in the game, and it was also in the 5th gen when I first started to love fighting types, two of my top 5 favorite moves are fighting type (those are Hi Jump Kick and Drain Punch). It's now my 2nd favorite type.
Fire - Braixen, I know before 6th gen I hated canine based Pokemon, along the way I fell in love with Fennekin, Braixen, and Delphox's design - and after that Foxes where my most favorite canine and now I like many other canine Pokemon, and it's also my favorite starter, out of all 18 starter & their evo, Braixen is my #1 favorite, love it's design, it's voice, and it's happy animations in Amie
Flying - Swellow, I remember during the 5th gen, it was my most hated and annoying types, I never had anything that could beat flying types, and the gyms against Skyla - Roost & Potions. Along the way I loved the design of some flying types, since using Swellow in Alpha Sapphire have really loved it a lot, loved it's cute expressions in Amie.
Ghost - Bannette, sort of looks like a demonic type doll, really love it's design, mainly since I love that sort of stuff and also because I'm a fan of Metal music and horror movies
Grass - Leafeon, I don't use grass types much, but really love Leafeon's design and animations in Amie and it's voice.
Ground - Sandslash, don't really dislike this type, just that not many Pokemon I like are ground types so I don't use them much. Sandslash comes close for this type
Ice - Glaceon, it's super cute in Amie, just love that voice it has, it's also my favorite Eeveelution. I'm using one in my Omega Ruby team
Normal - Watchog, since I first laid eyes on Watchog, I knew it was instantly my #1 favorite Pokemon. It combines two of my most favorite animals in real life (meerkats and weasels) and out came Watchog
Poison - Skuntank, since using Skuntank in a Poison type team in X, I really loved it, and also in real life I love skunks so those are my main reasons it's my favorite of this type
Psychic - Meowstic, love the female more than the male, I love felines, I believe I mentioned it a few times and super cute, it was in the 6th gen I first used psychic types. It's so darn cute in Amie too and just love that voice it has
Rock - Archeops, nothing wrong with rocks, I don't really have Pokemon that I like that are rock types so I rarely get to use it.
Steel - Lucario, I know it's a fighting type but it's also part steel, as with Ground and Rock, none of the other steel types catch my attention by their design.
Water - Floatzel, I just love sea otters ever since I saw them at the zoo, playing and swimming upside down sort of showing off, being super cute. 2 of my favorite moves are water type (Aqua Tail and Surf)
