Better Comic Relief- psyduck or Wobbuffet?

Psyduck + Cyndaquil
They are Both popular pokemon who disobey there trainers and come out withotu permission, and they can both be very powerful at the right times. So which do u like better?

Personally, I like psyduck more but in terms of comic relief i think the title would Go to Wobbuffet.

Hands down, Wobbuffet. Honestly, I've never really cared for Psyduck. But Wobbuffet is just plain funny.

Lickitung! So much wasted potential... made up for by the sexy blue blob [him/it/whatever]self! The duck was funny, but it really should have evolved in that episode where it evolved.

Psyduck is way better. Wobbuffet gets really annoying, especially after coming out of it's pokeball over 400 times, and more than three times in each episode. ''Wobbuffet!!'' is funny the first few times, but the next hundred times is way too much for me.^^

Wobbuffet and Lombre deserve their own spin-off sitcom! They live in an apartment together. Wobbuffet's the clean one, obviously, running around in a maid's outfit and never shutting up. And Lombre's the lazy, clumsy one who gets pretty lucky with the ladies sometimes. Psyduck pops in from time to time to wish 'em some luck! Put 'em together with a fangirl Mawile and, whoo, hold on to your sides!

Wobuffet isn't as annoying and he hasn't been around as long but I think she's making up for that time, so yeah, it's Wobbuffet for me

What do you mean Wobbuffet hasn't been around for as long? He's been in the episodes since the Kanto's. He's also been in there for about 4 or 5+ seasons. Please clarify.

If only that happened!I'd say wobbufet[SPOIL]The part in the third Harley contest when he falls through the window and almost ruins Harley's appeal.Then he runs out scared because of ariados' scary face![/SPOIL]
