Totally Wobbuffet 
Absolutely Wobbuffet. I've seen it so many times and it still manages to put a smile on my face. I think that ever since it's inception Wobbuffet has become a real Team Rocket mascot, almost beating Meowth to the top spot. Ironically enough, he's probably TR's best pokemon. Shame they never seem to use him in battle, really.

Definitely Wobbuffet. Psyduck pretty much failed at humor. Totally =/ I can't remember ever laughing at the thing, maybe just once or twice. In contrast, Wobbuffet ropes a smile out of me almost every time =D

Aaaaahhhh, don't make me choose! I'm missing Psyduck so badly that he and Wobbuffet are currently equal favorites for me. C'mon, darnit, let's get the Chronicles over here.
Anyway, despite that rant, Wobbuffet is still tops for me. I'm not the Wobbuffet nut for nothing. He's had so many great moments over the last 5/6 years, and he's really been a boon to Team Rocket. His voice and his actions can be pretty hilarious in any given episode. Psyduck may be slightly less loved, but he was still an awesome comic relief in his time. I can't watch episodes like "Pokemon Fashion Flash" and "Lights Camera Quacktion" without him cracking me up.

I like Wobbuffet better. Psyduck is an unfunny idiot. In non-human Pokemon shorts, is Wobbuffet consider Mewoth's right-hand man? I call him Meowth's best man.
