BF Emerald Teams

Irene

Rather bizarre
I need help building some teams for the Battle Frontier.
The Pokémon I'd like to use, in different combinations, are the ones that follow:

Sceptile, Aerodactyl, Magmar, Nidoking, Exploud, Kingdra.

So far I only have two:

Sceptile @ ???
LV50
Modest nature
EVs: max speed and sp. attack, I don't remember the other one ^^;
-Leaf Blade
-Thunderpunch
-Crunch
-Dragon Claw

Aerodactyl @ ???
LV 50
Adamant nature
EVs: max speed and attack, and something else for the remaining ones
-Aerial Ace
-Ancientpower
-Earthquake
-

For Magmar, I was thinking

Magmar @ ???
Timid nature
EVs: max speed and special attack
-Flamethrower
-Psychic
-Thunderpunch?
-?

As fir the other ones, I have no idea. I'll try to think about something, but it really all dependas on which other Pokémon I'll use (for example, it's pointless to use two Pokémon with Earthquake in the same battle). Please note that I don't like using moves with no 100% accuracy, unless they really are unavoidable.
Some ideas:

Kingdra: Surf, ice Beam, Dragonbreath, ??
Nidoking: Brick Break, Earthquake, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb
Exploud: I have no idea if I should make it a physical or special attacker o.o;

I'd also need help in choosing the best combinations for a good Frontier battle.

Thanks in advance for the help!

If you are using Sub dont use choiceband

For Magmar, I was thinking

Magmar @Leftovers
Timid/Modest nature

-Psychic
-Thunderpunch?
-Confuse Ray

Sceptile, Aerodactyl, Magmar, Nidoking, Exploud, Kingdra.

So far I only have two:

Sceptile @ Petaya Berry
LV50
Modest nature
EVs: max speed and sp. attack, I don't remember the other one ^^;
-Leaf Blade
-Thunderpunch
-Crunch
-Dragon Claw

This one is okay.

Aerodactyl @Choice Band
LV 50
Adamant nature
EVs: max speed and attack, and something else for the remaining ones
-Aerial Ace/Fly
-Rock Slide
-Earthquake
- Double-Edge

I prefer Fly over Aerial Ace, but Aerial Ace works fine too. Make sure it has rock head.

For Magmar, I was thinking

Magmar @ Leftovers
Timid nature
EVs: max speed and rest split into Atk/Sp.Atk
-Flamethrower
-Substitute
-Focus Punch

-Thunderpunch

As fir the other ones, I have no idea. I'll try to think about something, but it really all dependas on which other Pokémon I'll use (for example, it's pointless to use two Pokémon with Earthquake in the same battle). Please note that I don't like using moves with no 100% accuracy, unless they really are unavoidable.
Some ideas:

Kingdra: Surf, ice Beam, Dragonbreath, Rest
Nidoking: Megahorn, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Sludge Bomb
Let it have the choice band.
Exploud: I have no idea if I should make it a physical or special attacker o.o;
Overheat/Rest
Earthquake
Shadow Ball
Return

For the team combinations, I would choose Sceptile, Nidoking, and Aerodactyl.

You will be utterly owned by anyhing that can sweep and defend.
You have literally NO defence! You have gone too offencive

Sceptile @ Leftovers
LV50
Timid nature
EVs: 252 Speed and Special Attack, 6 HP (in ways that make sence)
-Leaf Blade
-Thunderpunch
-Substitute
-Leech Seed

Aerodactyl @ Choice Band
LV 50
Adamant/Jolly (prefered) nature
EVs: 252 Speed and Attack, 6 Sp Def
-Aerial Ace
-Ancientpower/Rock Slide
-Earthquake
-Double Edge

For Magmar, I was thinking

Magmar @ Leftovers
Hasty nature
EVs: 156 Sp Attack, 200 Speed, Rest in Attack
-Flamethrower
-Substitute
-Thunderpunch
-Focus Punch
Suggestions are in Bold, though you seriously need something that takes at least one hit!

SubSeed Sceppy doesn't need Max speed. 200 is fine.

Thank you to everyone, I will consider your suggestions for the movesets. I know most of them lack on defense, but sadly most of the Pokémon I like don't have a decent defense stat.

Well, I've noticed here that two of the Pokemon are from Kanto. If you like Kanto Pokemon, you've got to like Snorlax. In this case, Curselax would be a good fit, with the potential for godly defenses.

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Curse
- Return
- Shadow Ball
- Rest

I suggested Return over Body Slam because Aerodactyl and Magmar have plenty of base Spd.

Personally, I hate Snorlax, so if you want some other tankage options you could have...
Registeel@ Leftovers
Careful Nature (+Def, -Sp Attack)
-Curse
-EQ
-HP [Steel]/Metal Claw
-Thunder Wave

Slowbro is a larf if used well
Slowbro@ Leftovers
Bold Nature (+Def, -Attack)
-Calm Mind
-Psychic/Rest
-Surf
-Ice Beam or Fire Blast

Regice, Regirock, and the standard Blissey, Weezing, Skarm etc.

Which is why I didn't put a set for it.
I just listed it as an option.

Though a Bold Regice takes at least 2 RS's.

My preference is Registeel, cos no body loves him.

But Rock is better
Regirock@ Leftovers
Careful Nature
Evs-168 HP, 160 attack, 12 Def, 170 Sp Def
-Rock Slide
-Thunder Wave/Rest
-Curse
-EQ
