BF Jolteon Moveset

I'm raising a jolteon and I need a moveset for it that does not consist of Substitute.
I was thinking of going with this:

Jolteon
Timid nature
252 Sp Att/Speed, 6 sp Def
T-Bolt
T-Wave
???( I was thinking of maybe going with bite, to help hurt things T-Bolt can't destroy)
???

Please note: I will most likely not be able to use the Substitute/Agility/Baton Pass combo (I already used all of the substitutes that I have had access to), nor any egg moves, since I have already EV trained the current one above and it has 31 IVs in Sp Att and Speed, so I don't feel like rebreeding for another one.

As I said, I don't have access to sub at the moment, nor any egg moves. hidden power is fire 49, and I spent 6 hours two days ago breeding for a flawless Sp Attack/Speed Timid one, and it's now EV trained and I really don't feel like rebreeding. I know there aren't many options for it to have.

*Is it already evolved? If so, BP is out of the question, you could teach it Protect or somethin, I don't know...

I forgot to say that it hasn't evolved yet. I was waiting for a moveset, since it may include Eevee only moves.
