InGame my personal preference is to use Lax and Weezing in a duo. But if you really must keep SkarmBliss and Heracross, you'll really be lacking that special presence you need.

Rest > Toxic on Skarm.

Ice Beam / T-Wave > Toxic on InGame Bliss. Bold in case you want IB.

CurseLax needs a Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk) plus Rest > EQ, since this is a (relatively) Competitive environment. Skarm still dooms you, but that's why you switch. Rest is to keep the stat gains of course.

And yeah. Forget what I said regarding Heracross. I forgot about the item clause for a sec...but then again, it's normal for me to forget a ton of shit.
