BF team swaps and inserts?

I've just about finished my BF team, which is made up of:

Tyranitar@Shell Bell
Jolly nature
EVs: 6 HP, 252 Attack, 252 Speed
-Dragon Dance
-Earthquake
-Rockslide
-Thunderwave

Milotic @Leftovers
Bold nature
EVs: 252 HP, 212 Defense, 46 Sp Attack
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Rest
-Sleep Talk

Alakazam @Lum Berry
Timid nature
EVs: 6 HP, 252 Sp Attack, 252 Speed
-Calm Mind
-Psychic
-Fire Punch
-Thunder Punch


BUT, I was thinking and realized that things could get quite boring if I were to constantly use the same 3 pokes over and over. So I decided, why not have additional monsters to switch out on occasion? I have little expertise in the game, so as of right now I only have an alternative to Tyranitar:

Adamant nature
EVs: 6 HP, 252 Attack, 252 Speed
-Earthquake
-Explosion
-Meteor Mash
-Agility

Agiligross...

Milotic is a bulky water, so I should probably have an alternate bulk...
And Alakazam is a special sweeper...
Suggestions?

Is Sceptile a really good special sweeper?

Alakazam really doesn't do much in the BF From my Experience.

Defence and HP Evs on Milotic are the wrong way round.

Substitute works better on Tyranitar > Thunder Wave in-game.

But CB Gross helps more with the item clause.
Replace Agility with Rock Slide, Shadow Ball or Sludge Bomb.

Wow...that was close. Milotic was level 99 and I was about to save...
Ok, I'm going to fix those EVs. I'll think about using substitute.
Also, what's CB exactly (I've never heard of this before... Choice Band?)?

Yup CB= Choice Band
You pokemon doesn't need Sub IMO.
