Here is my UU BF team, mainly used for the "Underused Pokemon Project."

Nature: Calm
EV's: 120 HP/ 160 Def/ 114 S.Def/ 56 Spd/ 60 Atk
-Swords Dance
-Taunt
-Baton Pass
-Return

EV's are fine for what I need. Return>HP:Steel, as Steel is too hard to get. Maybe Rockslide>Return??

-Sludge Bomb
-Ice Beam

Tentacruel has Barrier>Swords Dance, as it gets the stat passed from Mawille. Also, Ice Beam> Substitute, as I want to save Sub for something else a bit better.

Eh, this team is maybe a bit too underused. Ursuring has huge potential to be a Choice Bander, add on Mega Kick with a STAB boost it sould deal some damage. Shadow Ball and Earthquake might not be too bad to take out its weaknesses. And no Slude Bomb on tentracruel, its attack isn't a strong point. Try toxic instead. As for Mawhile... he is probably the most underused steel type in the world. I really don't have much suggestions except for maybe Earthquake.

FP wouls have solved this, but remember that the AI doesn't actually switch.

You can use Registeel if you want. It can take both physical and special hits pretty decently. I think it's BL, but people say it's OU just because it's a legendary...

I thought Registeel being OU due to being a legendary was a rule of classification - or at least that's what Tazzler posted. Anyways, no one cares Ingame.

I think Shuckle can be a good UU tank if it has the right defenses. Am I wrong?

Shuckle's crap HP negates its defenses. Not to mention its crap Attack stats.
