Max Defence on Milotic. 180 HP and 252 Def. Also, I prefer ST Milotic.
252 Speed on Sala imo.
In-Game focus Punch on Slaking is a waste. Also, might want some more HP and less Speed.
Timid Sharpedo. Substitute>HP [Grass] / Crunch.

Slaking should have Earthquake over Focus Punch.
252 speed seems to work better on Salamence, as you can outrun a little bit more stuff.
Slaking wants a bit more HP.
