Why do they have Neutral natures? Sceppy doesn't need CB because the majority of it has SpA. EQ is also useless on Sceppy. Use Subsitute or Something. EQ>BB on Aggron.

EQ is actually really good on Sceptile. It KO's most Fire and Poison types, both of which are strong against Sceptile. Anyway, thanks for the help guys.

or you could just switch instead of hoping that Earthquake ohko's those fires or poisons, which it probably wouldn't, unless it's magmar or something with equally poor defence

Sceptile doesn't need physical Moves...Stick with Sub Seed or all out Special.
