Return's the best choice over Hyper Beam. Fire Blast helps kill Steels, while Aerial Ace helps out in the BF since it can get pretty haxy in there.

Lum Berry for Houndoom in the BF. Howldoom isn't that useful ingame considering that Ludicolo isn't that common. Fire Blast > Flamethrower if you're going Adamant.

Nothing wrong with Sceppy, if you have Petaya go for it. Otherwise use Lum Berry.

Snorlax needs Lefties more than Chesto so it can recover constantly. If you want something different than a Curselax ReSTalk Lax works pretty well in the BF. EQ > Shadow Ball ingame since there's a higher probability that you'll see a steel type than a Gengar.

CB Machamp likes Facade over Bulk Up.

Psychic on Starmie is fine ingame since it could prove to be more useful in the BF.

Three pokemon here are weak to Fighting, and I'd suggest you go with Snorlax, Machamp and Starmie for your team. Snorlax as your tank / status absorber, Machamp as your physical sweeper / Choice Bander, Starmie as your special sweeper.
