Yeah, get a better team...You want some of the reliable BF Pokemon like.Metagross,Starmie,Swampert,Lati@s,Salamence,and stuff like that.

 

[Frost Nova]

With the possible exception of Scizor, or Espeon, none of these pokemon are capable of taking hits. You need something solid on your team to wall both attacks and status. Regice, Snorlax, most bulky waters and Weezing work really well.

Espeon won't be of much use. You don't need two BP'ers, and Psychic isn't really a good attack type in the first place, especially if it's your only means of attacking. And since when does Espeon learn Agility? At any rate, Starmie works a lot better, though I suppose you could also use Gardevoir:
