Note that 9.15, 9.16, and 9.18 seconds all result from the exact same performance. 9.15 seems to happen only on select games; I don't know the underlying reason why. Emerald seems to yield 9.18 more than Ruby/Sapphire.

Well my best time is 9.15, usually 9.16. That 0.01 seconds difference seems just luck.
