I suppose, though I always felt that Sootopolis took the longest to get around

One of the reasons I like the Hoenn region is because I think the towns and cities are very well-balanced, unlike Johto where everything is stuffed into Goldenrod and you have places like Mahogany Town that don't really have anything.
What the ***?? Johto is MUCH more well-balanced than Hoenn >.> Let's compare:
Useful Johto cities:
Newbark: You change the clock according to Daylight-savig time. Also, after leaving it, you come back to get the Everstone and the Marter Ball from Prof. Elm.
Azalea: Kurt makes Apricorn Balls
Goldenrod: No need to explain.
Ecruteak: You come back TONS of times because of the legendaries adn the towers.
Olivine: Access to S.S. Aqua
Cianwood: The photograph takes photos of your Pokémon. Also in Crystal, you can come here to know where you got your Pokémon from.
Blackthorn: Move Deleter, also Crystal has the Dragon's Den where you can get a special Dratini.
Cities that become useless after you leave them:
Cherrygrove, Violet and Mahogany.
Useful Hoenn cities:
Slateport: Because of the Energy Guru, the Name Rater and the S.S. Tidal.
Mauville: Casino
Fallarbor: Move Relearner
Lilycove: No need for explanations, either
Pacifidlog: TMs 21 and 27
Cities that become useless after you leave them:
Littleroot, Oldale, Rustbooro, Dewford, Fortree, Moosdeep, and Sootopolis.
Verdanturf is disputable.
