Then you would need a program especially made for those ones. I remember hearing about a program for the SSBB snapshots back when it was only in Japan, but I don't know where to get it now.

Any hex editor will do(NotePad++ has a good one), since everything on a computer is made of binary data, hence the extension .bin

That will let you view it,(probably not the way you want though)

Since he'll likely ask this since it's a similar question, i'll just stop in and say no, there is not a program for viewing the replay .bins, and there likely never will be.
