I don't know the right strategics, but you can create some plans with
this (main info) and
these (bingo sheets 1&2, push "next" below these two to see more). It's a lot easier to complete sheets if you know what you're getting, what you should catch etc.
(I can give you one tip. That Hariama of Scyther sheet is quite handy because of its Thick Fat ability and move Rock Slide.)
