I'm Smeargle, I've seen this kind of thing before, it's interesting, but It worked better in the 3rd generation, and if you were born on leap year you were Munchlax. However it can't work like that anymore...I don't even really like Smeargle, He's better than most pokemon, but still he's kinda dull...
